Phobia a very relaxed alliance. Other than being told where to base out of, you won't be given much more of what you have to do. We don't have any basement dwelling FCs acting like they are trying out for The Worlds Next Dictator, yelling and repeating orders over 20 times as if you're an idiot. Below is a list of what Phobia does / can offer, and is followed by what we are looking for.

PHOBIA -

Multiple roams into 0.0 / lowsec daily
Variety of gang compositions
Run Incurions as a corp / alliance to earn ridiculous amounts of ISK safely
Competent FCs + pilots
Small, and will stay that way
Freedom of what to do
Always close to a trade hub, and even closer to 0.0

PHOBIA REQUIRES -

Must be a PvP corp
Must have 10+ active members (not just a 10-member count)
Solid KB stats
Ability to participate in BC + HAC gangs
Desire to have a relaxed atmosphere while still being "the best" at what we do

At the end of the day, this is a game and we're all here to have fun. At the same time, we pride ourselves on being the best at what we do. We don't like to lose, and we never go into fights to lose ships. We mostly fight outnumbered, or on even terms, and those are the fights that really make this alliance worthwhile.
