Give the Noctis an AOE tractor beam

The Noctis is essentially worthless at the moment, using a MTU and a salvage destroyer, you get essentially the same result as you would flying around a Noctis at a fraction of the cost and you don't even need to thing about tractoring in the wrecks. I think a AOE tractor would be a good boost to the Noctis. Something that pulls in every wreck in (200K?) and lets you salvage them.

Maybe even an AOE salvager? I don't know, but the Noctis may as well not be in the game at the moment.

you mean thaty you have to invest alot to get a little more efficiency? Where else in eve might this be a thing?

Oh yes, EVERYWHERE. And besides, the noctis looks cooler then a salvage destroyer

Noctis is Awesome!!

As a matter of fact, the MTUs have only made it better.

I fly a Golem.
I drop MTU in each room of a mission.
Normally 2-3 missions depending on room count, Angel Extravaganza having 6 rooms gets a dedication.
Warp in in Golem, drop MTU, bookmark MTU in each room, turn in mission, run 1 or 2 more doing the same thing.
Warp back to BMs in Noctis fully salvage fitted, clean up rooms in no time and having enough cargo for everything (sometimes not).

Truthfully, it's Marauders that need a tractor buff, not Noctis.

Or Worlds Collide where you can warp from left to right with a 96km tractor beam, which saves time to clean the 4-ish rooms.

The warp in on that site is a bit annoying.
Dropping an MTU means they tractor off each other.

I don't see the need for this since the Noctis not only gets a velocity bonus, but can also tractor in more then 1 wreck at a time. So the Noctis is more efficient in a minute for minute race to tractor stuff in, compared to an MTU. The MTU enhances the Noctis because as someone else pointed out, you can drop them while you are still clearing the site so all the wrecks are nicely clumped together for you to just salvage everything. The noctis also gets a cycle time bonus to salvagers, which still makes them more efficient then destroyers, as well as having a much larger cargo hold to store all the shiny loot you are picking up.

Lowering the average to make you look better since 2012.

Over 3k cargohold with expanded cargohold II in the lows.

Even if you're flying a Marauder, it's still more efficient to bring in the Noctis afterwards with or without an MTU or even multiple MTUs.

Noctis still salvages way faster than a dessie and can carry more, including scooping several mtu's.

No.

They are but I solve it by dropping only one on the left and warp from that rock-thingy to the right side and down something and after clearing all rooms, just warp to a wreck that is in warp range and start working.

With Noctis at level V your beams have 96km range and can lock 10 wrecks at once, combine that with salvaging V and your t2 salvagers will give you a hard time keeping them busy with 5 tractor beams pulling stuff.

It's the only "rock" in the first room of Worlds Collide level 4 with either the angel cartel and Blood Raider Covenant or the angel cartel and Sansha's Nation.

This first room has angels on the left side upon warpin and either Sanshas or Blood Raider on the right. On the right side they are orbiting a turret and on the left an asteroid base which looks like a rock-thingy.
