I would like to see more content inside eve, like tech 3 mining ships or just something but new clothes and dresses which can be bought by aurms and are kind of completly useless.
I want more eve related content, please, not a parallel Universe with a parallel occurency.

A tech 3 Hulk would be nice, a ship with some guns on it but still be able to mine. Faster, smaller and specialized similar to tech3 cruiser.
Or bigger, with jump drives but only usable in 0.0 space. Just something.

Orca and Rorqual is what you are looking for :D

Hmm. Your comparison has merit but is flawed.

Hence

Bantam (mining frig) -----> any combat frigate t1/t2

Osprey (mining cruiser) -------> to any combat cruiser t1, t2, t3 or faction

Hulk (mining hull unique but equivalent to a BC hull.) --------- to any battlecruiser.

Battleship:?

Carrier/Dreadnought.?

Orca (mining bonus ship sub cap) ----------> to any tech 1 BC or a command ship or a t3

Rorqual (capital mining bonus ship) --------> equivalent to a titan in regards to capital bonuses.

I agreed with all the comments below that adding a more powerful mining ship would lower mineral prices dramatically.

However, i do think that there should be a buff, not to mining power per say, but to tank or sig radius or drone band width.

+1 to the op. Miners everywhere agree with you.

It is actually very sad, considering you reach the titan of mining after only 3 months.

Adding more mining ships could be very easy.

- Stealth miners which mine as quick as a hulk, but can also cloak (obviously not while mining).
- Hauler miners which can mine slower than a hulk but have larger cargo.
- Jump miners which have jump drives. Slower mining speed but added mobility.
- Blackops miners, that can jump in a group of miners and ninja mine in nullsec.

There are a lot of combinations that can be taken from the combat ships. The ships should never mine quicker than a hulk, but should serve more specific purposes. And the only reason these are needed is to give miners SOMETHING to train for (so they are not forced to cross train to anther career).

^^ This is the more sensible approach I think.

I very much like the sound of Stealth Miners & Hauler Miners.

A moon mining ship, which is able to disrupt a moon miner and pull in the technetium, would be cool.
Being able to sneak in or jumpt out after the hangar is full. Pirate
I love the idea of ninja mining and cherrypicking belts of rich systems. This is all not really possible with a rorqual and hulks ... technically yes, but practicall you would die utterly.
