I thought it always consumed it? That said they might have changed it a while ago, I remember the gates in the second rooms not being locked. Was a great tengu blitz mission. although given how often zor gets killed I'm sure there is a pretty healthy supply.

Nope. I couldn't figure out why my Hacker cards kept disappearing today at first... The gates in the second room are always locked unless you have the card (now consumed) or kill the two groups of NPCs first. And you're correct - provided one runs Damsel and Zazzmatazz you should have an abundant supply of cards.

I have not run a mission in over three years, but even back then it did consume the card.

CCP should add more NPC 0.0 space to open it up and liven things up: the Stepping Stones project.

I have 45 of those cards stashed away, I seem to get more than I spend, such is my luck with mission distribution.

Speaking of luck, I did get a high-grade slave implant worth around 300m last time I did World's Collide.
