Move the Info Panel Location?

Greets!

Can the info panel (containing Solar System, Route & Opportunities) be moved?

Obviously one can expand or collapse the amount of info in each of those, but can I move them to another place on the screen?
The Escape menu or each item's menu seems to have nothing for it.

nope ,sorry.

those are prtty much the only ui elements you cannot move
