I'm sure there's something in the EULA/ToS about impersonating other individuals/corporations/alliances with similarly worded names, in order to cause recognition confusion with others. As I'm pretty sure (just a guess, though) that the OP's alliance name is intended to do exactly that, I have reported it to the GMs.

If I do recall, tora bushido took the god squad alliance name from kai86 when he forgot to pay the alliance fee. This is completely within the ToS and Eula. Unless tora bushido has "friends with benefits" at ccp, nothing will happen.

That sounds like a different case though - if the alliance fees weren't paid, the alliance (I believe) would have automatically disbanded and the name would therefore be free to be used by others. Having two concurrent and similarly named alliances is something different entirely.

The name of my alliance is original as it has a 2.0 in it. I have no affiliation with any versions other than this one. And you're right, let the gm's decide. Either way it was worth the lols.
