whenever i go to gallente space it always hangs for 30 seconds making game unplayable for while then its gone untill i jump to other system to get again resource loading for another 30seconds , i do get that even when i jump back to same system ,

how to fix this issue

TLDR travellling in amarr space , evrything is okay i jump to gallente systems and i encounter resource loading thing to come up to eat my bandwidth so i cant undock for 30seconds untill it finish

how to fix : stop using thin client

how to how to : in the launcher option clic "download all files"
when it has finished downloading, go into the launcher option once again, in the general tab clic the sharedcache button then click verify

both option will download the full game. if it is slow (as it can happen due to some random server) a workaround is to use a VPN service
