Just thought I'd mention it. I can run two characters, but the system refuses to let them be on different screens. As a result, I need to alt-tab between them.

Just thought I'd note that in case it wasn't already.

I'm using an nVidia 960GTX and Windows 10.

Yeah, it's not letting you do that because you posted in the wrong forum section, I'm afraid.

Oh, lol. I just clicked the support guy's link, where he told me to post. Oops!

I also have similar issues but I simply just run in windows mode so when the clients load up I drag one across to my second screen and job done.

I too discovered that this only works in windowed mode. I assume that full screen runs a single application at the expense of others. Ensure that:
-You have two profiles set up in the launcher (you can do this under 'Client Settings' --> Add profile)

- Each account is set up to launch in a separate profile
* Saving window settings will save in the profile so you don't want to overwrite an existing one

- Set your display settings to either 'Window Mode' or 'Fixed Window' (I use fixed, then sized for my display's full screen)

BTW, I have a somewhat older computer (NVidia 670) and this works when I set it up as mentioned above. Hope this helps.
