Maybe around 35b if someone really wants the toon. Industrial oriented toons don't sell as fast or as well as pvp focused toons I find. You just have to find someone who needs those roles filled.

Start the sale around 30b and see where people take it too. At the end of the day you choose when the toon is sold. So just follow the rules of the bazaar and see where it takes you.
