Don't know. I requested a Senior GM to review it and research my previous history. Hopefully the appeal is granted.

If not I'm going to ask that DMC be transfered to this account but I highly doubt they will allow it. Got a lot of time invested in that character which has a lot of assets. That account subscription was just paid on 11-7-2015 for a full year and has 2 PLEX in the redeem window so that's a couple of hundred dollars already lost. Plus another $917 spent on sub for the past 7 years.

So yeah, if I can't access that character then I'm pretty much done with Eve Online.

I was banned for the same thing. I fought it and won. There is a lot of confusion going on in eve. People don't know how to speak english and misinterpret, the gm's being new players themselves don't know how to do their jobs, and/or people working the report system as metagame pvp. Just keep writing the gm's and petitioning you your ban, especially if you waste a lot of real money in this game. CCP would rather hear your case and have you continue to pay them than to lose yet another paying customer over their own stupidity.

Above all keep calm. I talked Ish out of a 30 days forum ban from CCP Falcon himself by appealing to my past posting track, admitting that I worded myself poorly, and being very calm since after all I was asking to reevaluate what I thought it was a overreaction from the GM's superior.

Good luck and hope the Senior GM understands your position and what went wrong with that message.

Yeah, definitely gotta stay calm and polite when corresponding with CCP / Customer Support.

The account can still log into Evelopedia and make edits but can't log into Forums or game.

One good thing about all of this, this account got 3 months sub for 10 dollars.

Soon I'll have to start looking for someone to oversee the 'Faction Standing Repair Plan' thread in Missions and Complexes sub-forum. Will also have to find a California Capsuleer to start a new California Eve Players thread as well as take over the California Capsuleer Message Board. I also have to appoint an operator for the in-game chat channel too.

Because bans are about the player.
You exposed this char as yours, which gets you banned when reported.

Stick to the rules, be nice, forget you posted here.. and watch out for people telling you how
to write a petition, because a GM might think you're not sincere.

The ban was for one account, this character is on a different account.

As for letting others know I'm related to DeMichael Crimson, well my name is Crimson's Girl.
