Why is the plex prices on Steam much cheaper than on EVE's plex store??

For 6 plex on Steam, the price is 73 EUR

And in PLEX store, the price is 104,97 EUR

Why is there a 30 EUR gap betwene EVE and Steam?

The 30 dollar gap is probably in a business decision by Steam.

Go ask them.

Be smart and buy it from the cheapest place. No need for discussion about it. Just be glad for it.

It's the same price for 6 plex on steam and on eve-o here in murica, so my guess is it has to do with steam not charging VAT.

But as Epeen said, why does it matter? Buy it from the cheapest place.

Marketing tactic. Steam always does sales like that to ensure they get something out of games that are found in other sources. They often have to compete with other DtD services, for one thing. In Eve's case, why get it from Steam instead of from CCP directly? There answer is often a sale to lure in more customers.

"Tomahawks?"

"----in' A, right?"

"Trouble is, those things cost like a million and a half each."

"----, you pay me half that and I'll hump in some c4 and blow the ---- out of it my own damn self."

Isn't that hard to locate: http://store.steampowered.com/app/8500/?

Below aren't directed to the quotee:

On the PLEX buying tho, there's no way to buy any PLEX if you don't have an EVE Core Starter Pack.
Secondly, you will need to create a new EVE account connected to STEAM and use that to transfer your bargain buy.

I would stay away from STEAM and look for other places for a bargain buy.
