2 Odd UI bugs

I seem to be getting an odd bug with my UI. First is that in ship fitting the "remove charge" option doesnt show up with mouseover on any of my slots that use charges I.E: Cap boosters or ammo, a minor annoyance but a bug is a bug all the same. The second is more of a pain in the arse, no matter whatt I try the ship tree just refuses to change faction, clicking on a faction symbol justt makes the border appear around it but thats all
