Dear CCP,

seems my wallet toon Talassa Noran as well as Kor Sagar are stuck on Jita, because of the error that happened too on production beginning of september, resulting in this error message:
"Your character is located within Jita, which is currently stuck. Please select a different character or try later."

Would you please be so kind and fix it on SISI if possible

In this case I had to bring the big gun - Singularity rebooted. Jita seems to be fine now. Investigations will happen tomorrow.

Thank you, it worked. I could login both toons and move them out of Jita

Got the same error message today.. Any idea hoot move characters away from jita then ?

Same here. Stuck in Jita. Tried to do a /moveme to jita got "session change in progress" stuck, logged out and back in and bam, stuck in jita

Can confirm the error is still happening. Stuck with multiple characters in Jita from moveme now.

Some of us can't login becourse we are stuck in jita.

I'm having the same issue but in Dodixie. What's the fix?

The only fix right now is CCP intervention, but it only happened to me when I used moveme so avoid using that if you don't want to experience this bug.

This is apparently caused by some vulnerability in the /moveme code, where it tries to move a character before the system is fully loaded after DT. A fix has been made and should reach Singularity next week.

This should be fixed now on Singularity. Please let me know, if you see further problems with this.

You will now sometimes get a message that /moveme has been denied, because it was not safe. This should prevent this from happening. Just wait a minute and try it again.
