It's hard to say but my rough estimate would be that the Frostline targets have produced much more tears, grief and whining than the yule lads did (even though people did cry about them as well). So I'd have to go with Frostline probably.

To be honest I have totally ignored the Frost-whine sites and threads about them after the first day.
