Steam Launcher error

Good morning!

after the latest patch last night I'm getting an error when trying to launch the Eve Launcher from Steam. This is the error I'm getting.


Sorry, but an error occured while processing your request.

Error code: C338EEDC-0005-4DBA-9E9A-33DC870A799F


It says this where the normal login / password would be input. I'll try some things to fix it and post back if i come up with anything in the meantime.


Things I have tried so far

*Restarting steam (did not work)
*Running the repair program (Did not work)

Work around
Reinstalling Eve (worked)

same here, error code is different every time you open your launcher though

go there, create a login

then download beta launcher

and stop using steam


or wait for steam and CCP to fix stuff as they are switching the launcher
