Returning to EVE - need accurate size of eve download - on mobile data

If you know, the total size of the eve download that would be appreciated. So far reading on the net i keep on hearing 6gb download size that expands to 20gb once its installed on the hard disk drive. So I assume 6gb is all thats gonna matter in terms of download size. Need confirmation as mobile data is much more expensive but currently its my only option. Thanks in advance.

If you not yet already started to download EVE, there's the offline installer: https://community.eveonline.com/support/download/offline-installer/
If you have access to public wifi-spots ie library, McDonalds etc, you could use that to minimize the toll on your mobile data limit.
Mobile needs to allow the approxmiately 6 GB, so a mem card with greater capabilty then that is needed.
Also a friend with a better connection could download that and then transfer that to you through an USB-stick.
