Building Outpost on Sisi

Hi, I want to build an Outpost on Sisi but there is a POCO at zero on the planet warp in. I have sovereignty in the solar system.

I tried to build it on the same grid at 105km from the POCO but I get the warning I'm not near a planet though I'm about 100km from planet warpin and 5800 km from the planet itself. I can't launch it within 100km of POCO.

Do I need to have the POCO removed? or build it off grid from POCO?, which seems a bit far.

54-MF6, Planet IX.

Thanks

I suspect that its an issue with the POCO at the planet. I think I may blow that up then try anchoring the platform again.

Its odd that all these POCOs made it into this mirror. I thought they would be removed like POSes.
