Guristas officer's quarters and myrkai's data chip problem

I have manage to gain the required standings for akemon and went otomainen to complete his missions. First mission (jakon's head) completed but i have tried to find the "Guristas Officer's Quarter" building to drop the myrkai's data chip that is required for the second mission. The thing is numerous times i cleaned the second room of complex and go in to prison room to find there is no spawn of this building. I even waited inside of the prison room for more than one hour 2 times but still no spawn. I even used a support ticket and we couldnt manage to solve it with gm yet. So i wanted ask if or what im doing wrong or is there anything i overlook. etc. For 5-6 days i have been trying to solve this problem. if anybody with experince can lend some help, it would be most apreciated.

Well, I completed almost all of the Empire Cosmos Agents a long time ago so my memory is a bit fuzzy on the details. I only have 2 Empire Cosmos Agents left to complete.

I can't remember exactly if the Guristas Officer's Quarters is located near the Agent or in a separate area accessed by an Acceleration Gate near the Agents location or if it spawns when you accept the mission offer..

So having said that, have you checked info on all structures located within the complex and have you checked info on all Acceleration Gates ? Also make sure you have Large Collidable Structures and Large Collideable Objects active in your Overview Settings.

Since the GM couldn't fix the problem, make sure you have him reset the mission so you don't get locked out. Also if the structure is indeed missing due to a bug, the GM should be able to spawn the required item in your station assets so you can complete the mission. If he says he can't do that, then politely request that your Support Ticket be escalated to a Senior GM.

Another thing you might wanna consider is look in Public Contracts to see if Myrkai's Data Chip is available to purchase. If it is available, probably best to just buy it and complete the mission asap.

Thnks for the answer DeMichael. GMs helped and its solved atm. About contracts, there was only one in a bulk sell contract that has price of 800-900 million with alots of trash and so it was not a solution for me. And aside of that i have searched a lot about its location and spawn mechanics but there is not much knowledge besides of Jowen Datlorans cosmos guide and some old forum posts (and also akemon indicates that is located in "Prison complex"). Its problematic if you ask me because there is no supply in contracts like jakons head and even then you can still find and kill jakon (if you are lucky or patient) because there is knowledge about his spawn mechanics. I hope devs have look if there is any bugs related to it.
(one more thing is i havent checked the other acceleration gate that leads to "Supply Depot" room where gurista shuttle building spawns)

not saying I didn't ever yoink one from a kill, but that kinda loot would usually end up in corporate hangars and not my personal stuff.

that said those are some nice complexes to afk grind isk/sec status, and having a stack of guristas shuttles is kinda cool. I probably just looted them at some point exploring the complex.

the don't ask me bit was more because I didn't remember Oops

This gets farmed regular and respawns either every 45 mins or 1 hour, not done it for a while as I have hundreds in the hanger.

I am currently rather desperately looking for this item, there's only one on contracts ATM (for 500 millions, a price I'm not looking forward to pay) and there's definitely no officer's quarters near Akemon Tolan, as both he and some guide I found on the internet suggest. I would be rather frustrated if my one-time only mission expires before I could find it.

Same problem.

No structure. No drop from NPC, no drop from structures.

Mission impossible.

Where is any GM's reaction?

Structure spawns only TWO times per day:
1) After DT (need kill rats to open gate, so time is ~11:35)
2) One hour after (~ 12:35)
No random.
Clever players farm every day both respawns at exact time.

Code from ccp's designers seems like:
1) If current_time = DT, then run spawn_1( )
2) If current_time = time_of_spawn_1_was_destructed + 1 hour, then run spawn_2( )
3) Job done
