Looking for a nullsec exploration Stratios fit

I'm in the market for a Stratios as an upgrade from my Astero. Problem is, I don't have a decent fit. the Astero was my introduction to armor tanking and drones so its something I'm not entirely familiar with yet. What I'm looking for is a fit designed to kill off other explorers while at the same time doing a decent job of it myself. And before someone suggests it, no I will not just use a T3 cruiser instead.

First of all let me ask one question, do you intend to run data and relics and kill of explorers of those sites? If yes then the stratios is not better then the astero at that ( its actually worse ) a scram astero with dual reps and a cap booster will kill anything landing on a site like that and will be able to catch those pesky frigs much better than the stratios (alternate between relic analyzer/ point and or second scram based on situation) , the only thing better would be a rocket bomber but said astero will munch him in a heartbeat. Now if you want to go after DED runners the stratios is a much better choice and i can give you a fu...ton of fits for it but overall it's not worth it to fly a stratios for what you're asking.

In Eve there is huge difference between PVE and PVP fits with the former being in huge disadvantage against the latter!

Why would I fit for PvE, I'd be doing exploration?

The point is for non-PvP and non-combat exploration, the Stratios is inferior to a frigate sized ship (slower). For PvP against frig explorers it's inferior as well. So what is your goal when stepping up to a Stratios?

Thing about the stratios is it's essentially a big vexor in a frock (which is good by the way).
Get acquainted with a brawling neut fit vexor,
see how you feel about that and then go for the stratios if you're still enjoying it.
