Setting up a low-sec POS

So I'm playing with the idea of setting up a low-sec POS so I can get the most out of making capital components and ore refining. My question is what sorry of defenses would be best. I know a well organized and determined group can have their way, regardless of what I put up, I just don't want to look like too soft of a target or there.

I'm planning on a large Amarr tower because it has the biggest CPU. Do I go with guns (what kind?) or more ECM/dickstar fit?

How well do you get along with the local entities in whatever pocket of lowsec you intend on anchoring this space yurt?

Any kind of capital shipyard is going to draw attention and there are plenty of groups out there that will besiege it for no other reason than it's there.

I would probably go with max hardeners and maybe some ECM. Make it as annoying as possible to give you time to evac your assets.
