PI change - reduce the clicking, not the costs.

I don't post generally so if this is in the wrong format then......soz.

I propose a small change to PI that means that you can "drag" extractor heads.

Instead of having to de-commission the head (75k isk I think) you pay that fee for the planetside workers to move it. You select the extractor head, click "move", and drag it where you want it. Then arrange the heads as you normally would.

The cost of the link is paid as if a new link is created.

PI is click heavy and the number of actions required should be reduced - not the costs.

This cuts out all the decom, link setup, routing and general stupidity that is PI at the moment.

Costs are equal - life is more sensible.

I won't start on the routing system for now.

Please discuss.
