Hi,
since today i cannot login more than one account at the same time when starting clients with the eve launcher (beta).

The first client - whichever that is - starts up within seconds, every other client after that gets stuck before the login screen appears (with a rotating "loading ressources" thing in the bottom left corner).
When I close all clients and start them up in another order, its still the first launched client that works.
The funny thing is, a few hours before everything worked like a charm (and I didnt even restart the system).

Sometimes the second client loads, but that takes up to 20 minutes and its still loading stuff for minutes when undocking / session change.
I tried verifying the cache, clearing the cache, checking my system for errors, network problems. Nothing.

Is there anything I can try to fix it? This issue finally got me to a point where I cannot play the game any more.

//Edit: When I press CTRL+Shift+Q (quit command) on the black screen and then ESC, I get a broken login screen without any functionality... screenshot: http://i.imgur.com/Qgi1squ.jpg

ok
are you playing with the full game, or did you never check the boxes for full download ran a cache verification ?

if you are not playing with the full game, you are experiencing a stupid bug cause not by the game but the content delivery server that are hosting files for EVE, lots of post about this for the past month, all with similar diffculites

what you need to do is : download full content by
- run rescache.exe (will fix corruption too, located somewhere in the binaries folder of eve)
- same thing with beta launcher : Settings, General, SharedCache, "verify button"
- check the option download all files

this will prevent streaming while playing or loading

BUT in a way you are screwed (sorry, I feel your frustration, but... interwebz) : using one of the 3 function above has a chance to use one of the faulty/bugged/slow CDN
so you can spend a few day watching it not download anything

alternative : go to a friend with a usb stick (16+GB), or at work, or any other computer with another isp, download the beta launcher and install the game, download all files and copy the sharedcache folder on the stick (it should be around 13-16GB), go back home and copy the full sharedcache on your box, overwrite all existing files

other alternative would be for you to identify an Amazon's CDN in the right country, sniff your network and identity wich CDN is not working, then replace the IP address of the faulty one with a working one, this is done by wizard and fairy inside your computers, if you know what I'm talking about you don't need explanations. if you don't, ask the fairies, I can't explain it here.

Well,
I didnt know about the CDN's and how they affected EVE. Thank you for explaining this, I think this could totally fix it.
The official website is also broken on some subdomains and it really seems like a broken CDN. I will search and block that IP later today.

This is ridiculous.
No way to play this game anymore, I cannot login 90% of the time, when I login it lags like hell and disconnects me every 5 minutes... And the first logged in client is fine without any problems. Why dont they fix their servers, wtf.
I tried to block the CDN, but that didnt solve it at all. I'm out of ideas besides paying for a VPN to another region.

Same problem here.

Also, the steps suggested by Kal'Han (download all, rescache.exe, verify) did exactly nothing to better the situation.
