Who'd have known CCP named the darn thing after this. Because the sleepers in EVE are supposed to be old.

Course the Romans invented super concrete and somehow the recipe wasn't remembered after they built how much out of it?*hint* (a lot of stuff). Someone in modern times found the wear resistant concrete recipe written down on something old.
