How long does it take for a support ticket to be answered?

Well, to answer your original question, ticket response times are 1 day to 2-3 weeks, depending on the issue. Billing and account issues are typically fast, whereas reimbursements of minor items may take a long time. Tickets aren't a game or someone's whim for them; they do go through based on priority and submitted time, so all we can say is have patience.

Also, it is against the forum rules to discuss what was in the ticket or what was replied, whether positive or negative. So just wait for the GM's to answer.
