Too many CCP folders - Copying the game to another hard drive?

So, I reinstalled my OS to a new drive.

Went into the file system and, one by one, found everything I could CCP related, and dragged it to the corresponding location in the new file system.

Open launcher and... The green bars start filling up, indicating it's just going to go ahead and download the game anyway.

This game really needs to be consolidated to one location; or at least give us a list of exactly what folder goes where.

so far you have 4 separate folders
2 statics
%USERPROFILE%\Documentd\EVE ==> bunch of xml save files, log, png, user generated info
%LOCALAPPDATA%\CCP\ ==> all the settings you would need to store for eve, cache and all

1 sharedcache (c:\programdata\ccp usually, but movable by options in launcher or registry keys) that's 13GB++

then standard launcher
one folder for eve binaries (1 by servers) each containing a launcher folder.

Or beta launcher
one binary folder for the launcher, and all game binaries are moved automatically to sharedcache

so clearly the beta launcher is the way to go for consolidation :
1 binary folder by setup for the launcher
1 sharedcache with all data and game runtime, for each servers in one place <== this folder is manually movable and configured in launcher
1 settings/cache
1 userdata

this is pretty clean for me. GO GO beta launcher

Ok, so why is it downloading the entire game? I moved all the folders you've mentioned. The new drive is the C drive and the old is now F, so it's not a matter of the game not seeing the correct drive letter.
