I have looked through bc a few times and am at a breaking point.Anyone have any tips or solid strength fits that are cloaky for a proteus?

Hoping more along lines of pvp something to use in wh space in general in all honesty. Needs a decent tank don't care if it's buffer but although I know it's going to die one day just want it to have some sort of tank to last the fight at least.

i would also consider fitting a Sensor booster in the mid slots somewhere, lots of little ships might skip away while waiting on a lock

Actually it's mass cause every bit of agility helps but your choice to fit either, you get 4k ehp more with the Imperial navy or 30 ms and and 0.4 sec faster align with the federation one
