Edit: Also DO NOT use "stuck" as your category for the ticket. That's only appropriate for cases where you cannot play the game at all due to your character being in a broken state.

Why is it that every time you guys try to make the game easier you just make it more confusing? If you think character customization is too complicated for a new player you explain it better, you don't hide it and expect them to be able to find it without even getting any clues. If I hadn't been a bittervet I still wouldn't have figured out how to fix my randomly generated alt. Same goes for the ridiculous, pointless new "opportunities". I keep having to direct new players to the career agents because the game doesn't anymore. How do you think you're helping by doing this stuff?
