My large, well respected alliance recently failscaded and what is left of the old alliance (primarily my corp) is now homeless and leadership wants to maintain this "nomadic" lifestyle.

We are now a "meat shield" fighting for other people's SOV and the constant PVP and cloaky campers, etc. prevents regular PVE (mining, ratting, PI).

I want some permanence, to be part of a large alliance, holding SOV, PVP fleets when I want 'em but also a quiet pocket to rat and mine and PI in peace between CTAs/StratOps.

I enjoy EvE for the TeamSpeak comradarie so I want to have at least 6 to 10 corpmates online during West Coast US Time Zone.
