With that sort of money I'd fly HACs the way I fly Assault Frigs.

TBH that's not rich enough to fly uninhibitedly in a really fancy ship (e.g 100MN deadspace Tengu with pirate implants taking 50/50 fights in 0.0).

5-7 bil is pretty peanuts. I'd fly assault frigs with ISK that low. :| But with my normal wallet size I feel pretty comfortable flying around in deadspace fit Basilisks and command ships.

Ed: You know, I'd probably float around in a Talos with 5-7B ISK handy. You can plow through a billion ISK pretty fast with those expensive BS guns.
