WTB Minmatar/Caldari PvP Focused Char

Has to have :

small/medium projectiles V - Large V Optional
or

small/medium blasters V - Large V Optional
or

Light Missile V - HM/HAM V Optional ( but much prefered )
mandatory are :

t2 shield and armor modules

Light/Medium Drones V - Heavy/Sentry V Optional

Can be able to fly :

t2 Minmatar frigs and cruisers - Loki Optional
or

t2 Caldari frigs and cruisers - Tengu Optional ( but much prefered )

14B Budget + If it's good and has optionals maybe i'll add 1 or 2 B
