Hi

Yesterday i went to the wh and relic site then npcs killed me really cool :D bad way to learn this but i learned , i wonder can i understand relic or data sizes has npc when i found names , i mean can i learn is there npc or not without go there and sorry for bad english .

I don't do it much but my understanding is that the sleeper ones have NPCs and the pirate ones don't. So if you don't want to kill stuff I'd say look for the ones called something like "Guristas" something or other, or "BloodRaiders" bla bla bla you know that kind of thing.

There is an entire exploration subculture in this game. There are corps and public in game chat channels and websites etc... If that is the kind of thing that you are into there are plenty of resources out there for you. It will require a bit of searching and some networking if you want to get involved in the various groups but it's all out there.

I got another question i think you know it , ECCM projector I has %100 sensor strength bonuses its mean 1 ECCM projector I blocking 1 ecm strength ? so 2 ECCM projector I can block ECM Multispectral jammer becuase its has 2 ecm strength .

umm, no.

An ECCM Projector is a module you use on a friend to increase their resistance to being jammed.
