1- Do warp scrambler and warp bubble are the same but the bubble is area of effect? (I know that bubbles can only be used on Null/Wormhull)
2- How do warp stabilizer work?
3- Can I still use a acelaration gate/wormhole while scrambler?
4- Do warp bubbles affect the one that deploy it and his fleet?

Thanks to everyone that is helping me understanding the game.

Also I dont have English as my main language so sorry my "Broken English".

1:
Warp bubbles are AoE yes and can not be mitigated with modules. Ships in Eve ( with 2 exceptions that I can think of ) have a warp core strength of 1. You need a warp core strength of 1 to enter warp. Normal Warp scaramblers have a warp core effect of -2 and warp disruptors of -1. Warp scramblers also shut of MWDs. Some faction Scramblers have -3.

2: Warp stabs add a warp core strength of +1. They do nothing for you in bubbles.

3: yes you can still use gates / wormholes

4:
Yes warp bubbles effect everyone in them.

As a side note, within the past few days we've just seen the introduction of an AoE micro jump drive effect that propels everyone that is in the area of effect 100 Km in the direction that the T3 dessie that is using the module is facing. I've not even seen it yet. I've only read about it in the patch notes thus far. However it is out there and it is some type of AoE warp mechanic.

Actually...you can't use an acceleration gate when warp disrupted. They propel you into warp a short distance, so they can't be used when you can't warp. Normal stargates and wormholes can be used though.

the joy of one word meaning two different things

imo I don't like fitting warp core stabs as they compromise your fitting and any benefit they do provide is something that should have probably been avoided anyways. Best case imo is an exploration frig escaping from something with a scram while in a site. In null they do nothing vs bubbles, and anywhere else you should just be cloaking while warping (or mwd+cloaking while aligning in non covert ops cloak ships).
