Civil discourse is uniquely human. After all, when is the last time a pride of lions and a herd of water buffalo negotiated SOV over a watering hole? Never. Someone either gets their ass kicked or eaten. At the end of the day someone holds SOV.

It's a modern day tragedy that there are still so many people in the world that can't separate fantasy from reality. Games like EVE give us far better, far more 'real' fantasies to wrap ourselves in periodically, yet in the end we know that's what it is. Nobody would go on a rampage in the real world over the insulting of Empress Jamyl.

Virtual Reality and Artificial Intelligence are concepts which do not lead to mixing up fantasy from reality, or, more accurately, facts from fiction, and freedom of thoughts with other real life practical applications.

Secondly,
after hearing that there was no-one from EVE involved in the last Paris attack (I will not include the date or other details at this time, since it is still fresh in everyone's memory), I then read this.
It made me wonder if the comments that there was no-one from EVE killed (as for the September 12, 2012 Benghazi attack, although in a more military context) were related to this last San Bernardino occurrence.

But it is not.
It is at least the second time that this occurs.

Wondering the same thing, cause it could also quantify as spam and going out of control to spiral endless the letter "o" and the number "7" to eternity as if the thread derails from a request in that link to offer condolence gift money.
