I had the same issue since yesterday. Leaving it running for about 15 minutes after today┬┤s DT started the patching.

My launcher eventually did start running after about 15 mins.

I think the problem is that when it (the launcher) is downloading a patch for itself it does not update the progress bar. it just suddenly restarts and downloads the game patch so you have this time where it appears to be doing nothing.

The capacitor doesn't show on the user interface, only the numbers show if you mouse over.
Anything you guys can do to fix it back?

I see the Valimor Skins for the T2 ships as per the patch notes in the market but no items are seeded in the market or in the NES store...

Something in combat is causing my computer to completely lock up on me. Not sure if its a particular graphic or effect that causing it. First time it happened i was on my third frigate in the new Operation Frostline encounters when the system locked up. Logged back in and completed the site with a corp mate. So thats around 20 ship kills (shield and armour effects all running) with no crashes. I can sit in space for an hour and nothing goes wrong, i can interact with POS's - no issues. But when i start combat, i typically crash within 2 minutes.

Since encountering the issue i've run Rescache. Udpated my ALL of my graphics software and drivers, re-installed eve and still... I am crashing during combat.

Running a fairly modern system , i7 4820k, R9 290X and Windows 7 64bit - 16Gb ram.

Help!?

Wow, talk about a nasty mouse bug that grows the longer I was logged in.

Somehow triggered one of the mouse bug issues, where the cursor starts intermittent response to movements. Every single gate jump, dock, undock, (loading screen delay seems to be the common theme here) the cursor not responding gets worse. Given enough time, my tracball becomes a paperweight on the computer desk.

Yes, I have replaced the battery. Yes, ran rescache (nothing missing or corrupted), repair tool (no problems listed), checked mouse driver for an update (there wasn't one). Yes, cleared cache from the ESC window when logging out.

CCP, there's a problem. I kind of need the mouse cursor to Work Correctly when playing, since I do a bit more than ship spinning.

Memo: is there a reason I can see the red chevrons of Circadians at the gate on the screen (not just overview) from a few AUs out??? I won't get into the number of Control Towers listed in General Overview while I was wandering around...... o.0'?

Update: (2015.12.12 19:55) had the glitchy mouse cursor bug again. The only connection between the two instances, I was changing information windows around along with which chat tab was showing during the 'warp tunnel/resources loading' screen from one system to another. So... no touchie anything while waiting that resources loading effect screen or taste glitchy mouse cursor? When you get back from your weekend out of your glass tower, CCP, might want to add that to the list of repairs for Monday

The capacitor indicator in the center of the wheel randomly disappears. I get tremendous lag upon docking and undocking and/or switching ships as well as at the character selection screen - in particular I get a resources indicator indicating that resources are loading for excessive and indeterminate times. The lag happens on only one client - not the other - and it doesnt matter which client I log first - as its always the second client. Sometimes I will switch ships and I will still appear in the old ship with a resources indicator spinning. I have tried clearing the cache and deleting log files to get rid of the lag but that hasnt seemed to work. Never had any of these issues prior to the recent updates.

I don't play, I just fourm warrior.

When I warp on a grid and there are hostiles, be it NPCs or PCs my eve.exe crashes. I have to relog and hope that the autowarp was quick enough or be in a capsule. Mind you this doesn't happen all the time, but at least 6-7 times yesterday.

Logistic frigs cant enter small fw plexes.

Endurance is using the full CPU of cloaking devices when it should be getting a 50% reduction. Submitted bug report

Am I the only one having problems with the endurance 50% cloaking CPU not being applied?

Cloak T2 is using 60 CPU instead of the 30 that it should be using after bonus applied correctly.

The new/enhanced engine effects - lovely - but they aren't applying to the Oneiros (and I suspect Exeq') moveable engines. They stay 'idling' all the time.

Confirmed. This is happening to me as well. Submitted a bug report for it.

Has not changed yet and have not seen any reply if it happend to be intended.

Armor Damage state do not persist after a short period out of combat armor Damage visuals vanish.
Armor Damage in general tends to be out of sync with the actual remaining armor percentage as it is possible to have a from bottom to top scorched hull even with 100% armor remaining.

The New Tracking Computer FX does not scale well with larger Hulls in a ship class like the Dominix as most of it is obscured by the Ship model does work fine tho on sleeker ship hulls.

TBH I liked the Shield Effects, however since the Patch I haven't noticed 1 crash. Same goes for the TC effects. Game play seems to be running smoother. But I understand your point.

vOv The only reason I'm usually concerned about Sheild effects is because its good to know who is rolling with their harder's on.

Armor Damage Point *Agreed* /Yes I noticed (Locked Target Shield Damage) not matching the Watch list shield damage. Kinda scared the crap out of Logi's preparing to lock him with 10% shield showing on WL but Stable once locked.

Since the patch v.2.2.990431, 15 dec. 15, we have new visual effect on shield hardener. This effect is stultifying (sound an visual effect).

I liked the idea of seeing the protection of shield hardener only when the shied recieved damage and only one time when I activate the shield hardener.

Please rollback and remove repetitive sound and visual effect on shield hardener.
