New bond, more of the same old stuff Blink


I preferred to have as few investors as possible and to reward returning investors. Otherwise it will be done by date of pledge and size generally.


Amounts need to be in full 10 billions per "share"
Interest will be 170m per share per each full period (30 days)
- For easier accounting
- Planned start date will be 22/12/15
- No fixed duration. Expected 3-4months.
- Cash out requests requires 14 days notice.

Periodically the bond will be lowered as I will buys back parts of the bond from investors.
- If so, the interest payout will be for the full period for any started period.


Collateral will be in the hands of Chribba, and is agreed to be continuous reviewed to ensure that it's always more than the bond value. Chribba will confirm the collateral, once he has it secured in this thread.

In the event of a default, or lack of collateral, investors will be refunded their capital investment and accrued interest to that point it's possible. Any ISK after the liquidation will be taken be Chribba as extra payment. investors will get priority by time of investment, if need be, after Chribba's base pay.
