lvl4 Missions disappearing wreckage

Hello,

For the past 5 days i`m hawing some disappearing wreckage in my lvl4 missions. At first i that someone is looting, but some of the wreckage disappeared while i was pulling it with tractor beam.

And this happened 3 times randomly for the past 5 days on different missions. The last was in the mission Dread Pirate Scarlet.

Max 45 minutes has passed from mission start to salvaging. Wreckage of all types have disappeared.

I noticed this the other day



Then I realised it's just space pixels, chalked it up to server glitches (thanks Mr Socket Closed!), and moved on

Lodge a petition if you have not done so already.

If a wreck containing the mission completion item disappeared it would be real PITA especially if the mission was part of an Epic Arc.

A second voice for filing it.
If nothing else it will alert CCP that there is a potential problem.

sounds more like bug report territory.

imo it isn't worth it to go back for loot/salvage. I don't know that I would worry about it too much either way.

Agree with Chainsaw Plankton - definitely sounds like a bug that should be reported.

However I disagree with the statement about it not being worth it to loot and salvage wrecks. Some level 4 missions have a lot of wrecks containing loot and salvage is always good to get, especially if doing Rig Production. There's a lot of things in-game that will help speed up the process such as the Noctis, Salvage Drones, Mobile Tractor Unit, etc.

Now if you're blitzing missions then by all means don't bother collecting the loot and salvage.

Two days ago, Angel Extravaganza, Ammar space. In first tree rooms wrecks disappeared, loot was in MTUs. I done mission for about 40 min so time was no reason, I think.

Thanks for the reply...so far did not happen again...maybe it is server, connection related.

did someone come ninja salvage it? seems like a logical explanation. although CCP accidentally changing wreck timers doesn't seem like a huge surprise to me at this point either.

Blood Raiders, Sansha and Angels salvage is also relatively valuable

I think he mean mission generic wreck which it has 100% loot.
