I just logged in after the patch and the Probe scanner map is now MUCH LESS USER FRIENDLY.

Did they change the buttons? No, they screwed that up patch before last.

They made the probe bubbles brighter, which makes it harder to see anything INSIDE THEM, and the Cosmic Anomalies I'm trying to scan down are ALSO brighter, except the pinpoint, the color of which now almost exactly matches the color of the selected probe block, making centering the probe spread on the anomaly marker much more annoying.

PLEASE someone tell me there's a way I can get the old map back. Dear Gawd every time I get used to something being not as easy to use as it used to be, they make it even less easy to use.

CCP, the game is pretty enough. QUIT MESSING WITH MY TOOLS.

In settings, Under the general tab, you can turn the garish crap map off by unchecking "Try the New Probe and Directional Scanners" under Experimental Features.

The iteration before current was acceptable, but this new one just... blows chunks. If it's a problem for you, at least know you can fix it.

You just simply threw all maturity and constructivism out the window.
