Yea, I got that too. It looked like it updated once, and then when I went on a second time that's when it started. I think it thinks it hasn't updated, even though it has. In one of the error messages you can click "start Eve", and that works just fine. Eventually though I just reinstalled, because I don't know how to run the repair tool, and that fixed it.
