Issue getting past the character screen

This morning after DT I loaded up my main logged off loaded up my alt, logged of. went back to load up the main and cannot get past the character screen.

Did all the copy past stuff and as usual didn't work ;) sent in a report. no word as of yet.

Am reaching out here to see if anyone else is having any issues of this sort today or recently worked a fix or is aware of anything I can try to fix the issue I'm having.
