New Camera Controls?

I was just curious as to what is with the new camera controls. Did they not get put into the game in todays patch as planned or am I simply not seeing them?

Camera controls are there but CCP Sledgehammer told me in game that cameras are disabled atm so you cant try them out. Ugh

PS: I think controls were listed in "Navigation" controls tab.

iirc Sledgehammer said in one of the replies in the Frostbite Issues thread that new cam got pushed back to next release.
