Why does MarkeeDragon have a 201 billion bounty ? What is the history of this guy in Eve Online?

I saw an estimate somewhere recently that he'd sold about USD $50 million worth of GTCs for Eve alone, making him the largest after CCP and he has a lot of customers in the community.

To the best of my knowledge it is a common practice for normies to put bounties on their own heads in an effort to bring attention to themselves. Popular scammers and isk doublers often have massive or otherwise gratuitous bounties on their heads.

edit: as for his bounty, it just goes to show how broken the bounty system is. if you want to see a similar bounty BS, check out Rita Jita. She literally spent billions on herself via bounty.
