Session timer when changing ships while docked?

Did I miss a memo? I get a session timer when I change ships while docked on sisi that I don't currently get on TQ. It doesnt seem to affect stuff like changing fleet status and getting in another ship but it does slow down undocking. I though we got rid of that 4 years ago.

Huh, this wasent there yesterday. That's odd that they would undo what they fixed before.

Probably not undoing a fix.

Probably related to the new way of docking in Citadels, where you can still see space when docked.
