probe scanner broken

every time I use the probe scanner the only thing I can do is resize the range, I cannot move them at all, please fix

I believe if you press ALT, then you can move the probes.

The shift, ctrl, alt keys let you different mechanics with the probes.

left clicking the center probe will center them in the map for you.

Think it is bad now, in times not that far back you had to move and resize each probe as an individual. So even though it is messed up in a lot of ways the current mechanics are light years better than they were.
