What is going on with wrecks?

For the past couple of days I have noticed that on some level 4's...like guristas extravaganza and Dread Pirate Scarlet the wrecks are dissappearing really fast....today i timed my wrecks for a Guristas extravaganza and they started going away in 10 minutes......thats not enough time to salvage them.

I can complete missions even the largest in about 45 minutes flat....but whats the point of having a noctis if the wrecks ont stay on field? are they not supposed to last at least an hour before vaporizing?
