Beta Launcher DLL Error!

I downloaded the beta launcher and tried to start it. It gave me this error:

It reads:

"The procedure entry point DHparams_dup could not be located in the dynamic link library LIBEAY32.dll"

I'm using Windows 7, 64-bit.

I don't know exactly what happened but at one point one of the installers started working. I downloaded a few different versions.
