Need help with T2 blueprint materials

Are R.A.M. items and T1 ships on T2 material list static and not affected by ML level?

If yes, are there more that kind of items?

What is this sorcery?

One simple way is to use the blueprint calculator I've got in my Sig. Blink


As a longer answer: Extra materials are not affected by ME waste. They are only affected by PE waste if they also exist in the main list. These lists do not show up in game, but only in the static data dump.

If you have them from the static data dump, if an item in the extra list is marked as recyclable, the components used to make it are removed from the main list before any waste is applied.
