i was trying to make a new toon on the same account as this one and it wouldnt let me. i could customize my new toon as much as i want to but the option for putting pants on him/her isnt there so i cant complete it. of all the issues to have during character creation i cant have my new toon wear pants. thought that was for the person playing the game to do.

ok i saw this a few weeks back, it was fixed after either what I told back then or opening a ticket to support. I thought it was transient and fixed globally... I guess not

the possible fixes :
* clear cache from in game, ESC, Reset Settngs, Clear all cache files.

* Check your game integrity
-- locate and run "rescache" somewhere in your eve install folder
or
-- from beta launcher, open the settings, locate the shared cache options and click verify

if both cache and integrity check are ok, but the pants still fails, you have a clean game and the problem is most likely serverside, ask a GM to fix your account by opening a ticket
