How long does it take to get a PLEX?

I'm stuck ship spinning in Jita 4-4 until Eve decides I can have my PLEX. How long until I'm free again?

How did you try and get the PLEX ? Buy orders ?

I've never purchased a PLEX before so I don't know how it works so sorry.

I was thinking you were asking about earning the isk to buy one or some type of market based question. Sorry I'm not of any help to you.

No problem. I don't usually buy them either. Then again I'm not usually in a T1 destroyer with 300k ISK in my wallet and no SP either. Desperate times call for desperate measures.

If it's your first time buying one, you've changed your accounts email, or are using a new payment method I've found it can take 1-2 hours. Give it an hour then log out/back in and check your redeem items.

Argh! Okay. No Eve for me for an hour or two. I'm 17ish jumps from home and there's no way I'm making this trip twice today. On the bright side I'll finally have clean dishes I guess. Thanks for the answer.

also they can only be used on very new pilots. I think you can get one with the $20 starter pack?

Doesn't seem worth the price TBH. You'd get more mileage out of the ISK the plex would give you than an early training boost.

Cerebral accelerators are a thing. They can be found on the market in contracts*,
or offerings from legal PLEX resellers who happen to sell cheap account activation codes.

Like, the one I used had sixbuckschars with goodies, including the accelerator.
Asteroid Miner package. Dishusting ... ;) ... but worth it.

Don't forget it works only for a limited age range.

ISK is easy to make. There's nothing more valuable than SP, especially when you don't have any. I get the SP and the ISK will sort itself out. Let me put it this way, which will get me more ISK?

1. Sit in high sec running lv1 and 2 missions for god knows how long with ~980m I don't have the skills to actually spend on anything.
2. Get a cerebral accelerator and still have almost 500m left over to spend on ships. Get myself back to null DED complexes ASAP and have a bunch of Machariel blueprints and faction mods to sell.

What would you suggest a 500k SP character do with 980m that would be more useful than SP? Get the world's blingiest navy vexor for lv2's I'll be able to do in my sleep in a T1 dessy by next week?

I don't need PLEX money for T1 frigs. The sisters arc alone is giving me enough ISK for like a hundred of them. I got a meta 4 scrambler drop a bit ago that's worth about 2 1/2 rifters. They're completely disposable even on a new character. I'm actually kind of considering using my mission profits to fund a SRP and rounding up a bunch of fellow newbies and having them do a roam with me to help do something about my boredom. SP is just much, much more important to me than ISK. I'm always space rich. That's not a problem. The thing standing between me and fun is SP.
