Gallente Factional Warfare?

I am rather curious of the Gallente Factional warfare corporations thats out there. Could any one recommend some of the large scale alliances that really aren't so strict on doctrines and such, and that are very active pvpers.

:)

A Bit about me:

-3.3 mil Gallente toon
-PVP Oriented.
-Fast tackle/Brawler
-Easy to work with
-3 months old to the game
-Like PVP, some moderate PVE, very little mining, and I do like FW.

However I am race oriented, meaning I prefer to fly my races ships, and really only those. I also prefer to fly small ships, such as frigs and dessies, and nothing larger.
