No I never did that. In fact, I specifically explained that it does offer protection. I am sorry and not sure why that was your take away. It is clear you are not understanding me. Perhaps you should consider the questions I ask you in my post.

I've answered your questions. Send me a mail if you want to keep talking about corporate structures. You seem to enjoy intentionally ignoring the point people are trying to make.

I am proposing a rule that I believe sort of puts it's finger on the pulse of the issue. That is ccp shouldn't let for profit companies use isk to pay for their costs.

Again, why? You have yet to answer that question. If CCP and the game benefit from that company, why shouldn't they let a company use isk to pay people? Why is one particular legal structure behind whomever created a service magically held to different standards?

I am saying ccp should clarify/amend the rules so that for profit corporations can not pay isk for out of game services. I am not saying the rules for individual players should change.

So why should people be able to pay for services they profit from but not corporations? considering at least in the US corporations are legally persons

I don't think ccp lets people use isk so that they can make real money profits. I think it is more just so they can cover certain costs related to the game.

So real life corporations that are clearly there to make real money don't really have a place trading isk.

Make faction war occupancy pvp instead of pve https://forums.eveonline.com/default.aspx?g=posts&m=53815&#post53815

No you haven't answered a single one I asked you.

Because the intent to allowing players to use isk for out of game tasks is not really so they can make real money profits. The items in eve belong to ccp for their profit. It is just so they can cover certain costs. For profit corporations are there for real money profit. A corporation does not have hobbies. It exists to make real money profits and therefore IMO has no appropriate place trading in isk.

You claim I don't answer the question but I have answered it so many times I am afraid I sound like a broken record.

And again you keep saying this "ccp and the game benefit" from corporations trading in isk. We likely disagree on which companies benefit the game and which detract from the game. Like I said before it is pretty much hopelessly subjective as to what companies profiting from isk trading benefit the game and which detract. So using that as a standard just overt favoritism.

This should all sound familiar because I did answer your questions before you just don't read the answers.

Buddy, the fact that I disagree with your conclusions (and you disagree with mine) doesn't mean I didn't answer your questions.

Corporations exist for far bigger reasons than only profit. Most people know this. I have answered your questions. You don't like my answers. Fine. It is subjective. It's a grey area that CCP treats on a case by case basis. Which was my point. Putting hard fast rules in place (like you are suggesting) limits what players are able to create out of game. There is no need for it, and no benefit comes from it.

Your entire argument seems to be "some people MIGHT be making money, so let's change things, even though we have no proof, and literally anyone can do the same thing"
